Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Currently we only delivery to the UK and the Channel Islands.

We charge £4.95 to delivery orders for goods up to £20 and £6.95 to deliver orders for goods worth between £50 and £200. We offer free delivery on orders for goods worth more than £200.

Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or courier (requiring a signature) dependant upon the size of your order.

Orders received between Monday and Friday will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and you should receive your parcel within 3 - 7 days of placing your order. As we do our deliveries during the working week you may wish to provide a work address to ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

Returns

If you're not 100% totally satisfied with our service and or products, you can return the merchandise within 28 days of receipt and we'll be happy to provide you with a refund as long as you follow the steps outlined below.

When we have received the product in its original condition, including packaging, we will refund you the cost of the product as soon as possible following our agreement to do so.

If you return an item to us because the item is damaged or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return delivery as long as you contact us first at service@cadeauxandco.co.uk or ring us on 01749 672332 and we will let you know how you should return the item to us.

Please include a written reason for return of the product with your parcel. You must remember to include proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us so we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.
